However, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to access all the features of this website without restriction if you adjust your settings accordingly.

To ensure the security and technical functioning of the portal, we record server logs containing your IP address, the pages visited, the date/time and the browser type. This data is not used for behavioural tracking or advertising. Server log files are stored for a maximum of 60 days and then deleted.

We use Matomo to collect aggregated data for statistical purposes in order to better understand how our visitors use our site. This data helps us improve your experience. You can also configure your browser to opt out of tracking.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Your personal data may be stored and processed for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

  • Responding to your enquiries: when you contact me by email or via an online form, your data is processed to respond to and manage your request on the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).
  • Website operation and security: basic technical data may be processed to ensure the proper functioning and security of the website, on the basis of Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interests in operating a secure website).

Emails and related correspondence may be retained for a period consistent with professional and regulatory requirements and for up to ten years, which is the limitation period applicable in commercial matters.
